Unfinished Hardwood Floors

“Unfinished” hardwood floors are just that, unfinished.  We install the raw floor, then it’s sanded, stained, and sealed to your specifications making it truly yours.

Prefinished Hardwood Floors

Prefinished flooring is factory-finished, with each board being individually sprayed with a coat of polyurethane and then baked in an oven with aluminum oxide, creating an extremely hard and lasting acrylic finish.

Engineered Hardwood Floors

Engineered hardwood flooring is made of compressed wood, plywood and fiberboard with a wood veneer.

This includes preparing the subfloor, selecting the appropriate type of hardwood and finish, and expertly installing the floors
